The garage door has a reputation for being a huge energy consumer. Therefore we must weatherstrip it very well. The infrared image clearly shows how the garage door is a major source of air heat loss. Even though this is a commercial garage door, it clearly shows where the warm air is leaking from. In order to solve this problem watch for the three (3) following elements:  

• Bottom of the door
• Top and sides of the door
• The insulation blanket
